Is Lettify a letting agent?
No. Lettify is software. You stay the landlord and stay in charge of your tenants, your rent and your decisions. Lettify does the paperwork and the chasing.
Does Lettify hold my rent money?
No. Tenants pay you directly. Lettify records what was paid and what is still owed, and never touches the money.
Can I get my numbers for tax?
Yes. Download an accountant pack with every invoice line and payment as spreadsheet files, plus income, supplier bills and net income for each property. Your accountant still has the final say on what counts.
What will it cost?
Founding landlords get a launch rate set well under an agent's 7 to 10%. Final pricing is published before anyone is charged, and the founding rate is locked in for the first 100 on the list.
I already have tenants. Can I bring them across?
Yes. Paste your spreadsheet and each tenant is invited to confirm their lease. Their history starts from where you are today.
What happens to my email address?
